Important Before Ordering
Items at Born To Be Sassy are printed specifically for your order based on the size, color, style, and design options selected at checkout. We offer thousands of combinations, so items are not mass-produced or kept as pre-printed inventory on warehouse shelves.
Because each order is made specifically for you, orders cannot be changed, modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged for a different size after checkout.
How long does production take?
Current production times are typically 1–2 weeks depending on season, order volume, and product availability. Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Holiday and seasonal designs may remain available on our website year-round. Please be sure to review the current production time before ordering seasonal items needed by a specific date.
How soon will my order ship?
Your estimated ship window will be shown in your order confirmation email. Tracking will automatically be emailed once your order ships.
Does shipping time include production time?
No. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Your order must be produced first, then it will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
- Standard Shipping — Calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order.
- Rush Processing With UPS Ground — Prioritizes your order in production and ships via UPS Ground. $29.99
- UPS 2 Day Shipping — Includes Rush Processing and expedited UPS transit time. $45
- UPS 1 Day Shipping — Includes Rush Processing and expedited UPS transit time. $65
Shipping prices and estimated delivery options are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Do you offer Rush Processing?
Yes. Rush Processing prioritizes your order in production and moves it to the front of the production queue. You would still need to choose the appropriate shipping method based on your needs.

If Rush Processing is purchased, your order will automatically be upgraded in our system. You do not need to email us after purchasing the upgrade.
Will my order ship complete?
Yes, orders generally ship complete. If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once all items are ready.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States only.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders are produced and shipped exactly as submitted with the order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order is not eligible for cancellation, refund, or store credit, as all items are custom made to order.
Customers are responsible for purchasing a reshipment fee in order to have the package resent to the corrected address.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking will automatically be emailed once your order ships.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Carrier tracking can sometimes take time to update after pickup. If your package has shipped, please allow time for the carrier scan to update.
During this time, your package may already be safely moving through the carrier network even if tracking has not refreshed yet.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment?
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Sassy Package Protection helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipment.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and Sassy Package Protection was purchased, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue.
Claims for theft or damage must be reported within 5 days of the package being marked delivered, but no later than 15 days. An order is not considered lost until 14 days after the last carrier scan.
If Sassy Package Protection was declined at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Approved claims will be replaced with the exact item(s) originally ordered, including the same design, size, color, and customization selections. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or substitutions for different items, sizes, colors, or designs under Sassy Package Protection claims.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
Because our items are printed to order after purchase, all sales are final. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged for a different size after checkout.
Please review all size charts, colors, personalization, monogram details, shipping information, and order details carefully before placing your order.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because our made-to-order items are final sale, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
Our tees feature a relaxed unisex fit. We recommend ordering your normal size for a classic fit or sizing up for a more oversized look.
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. For best results, compare the measurements to a favorite tee, sweatshirt, or garment you already own and love.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected].
