Unfortunately, carrier mistakes can happen from time to time. Sassy Package Protection is an affordable way to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipment.

Sassy Package Protection covers carrier-related loss, theft, and damage that occurs after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Sassy Package Protection does not cover packages delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address entered at checkout.

How To File A Claim

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and Sassy Package Protection was purchased, please contact [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue.

If your claim involves damaged merchandise, please include photos of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

Claim Time Limits

Theft or damage claims must be reported within 5 days of the package being marked delivered, but no later than 15 days after delivery.

An order is not considered lost until 14 days after the last carrier scan.

Theft Claims

All theft claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional documentation before approval.

For theft claims involving orders over $100 shipped through USPS, a USPS stolen package report may be required. We will provide instructions if needed.

For theft claims involving orders over $100, a police report may be required before a claim can be approved.

Approved Claims

Approved claims will be replaced with the exact item(s) originally ordered, including the same design, size, color, and customization selections.

We do not offer refunds, store credit, coupon codes, or substitutions for different items, sizes, colors, or designs under Sassy Package Protection claims.
